Frequently asked questions
Is Random Assistant a Fyxer replacement?
For the inbox: yes, same core. On top come CRM, data room, signatures and the brief. If you only want an inbox, you do not need that.
Does either send email automatically?
Fyxer describes review and send from the inbox. With us sending is a stop in code: the assistant writes to your drafts, you send.
Where does the data live?
With us: database and files in the EU, exceptions named. Fyxer names no location on its homepage; ask them.
What about certificates?
Fyxer shows SOC, ISO 27001, HIPAA. We hold none and claim none. Our trust page shows what we have.
Can I try both?
Fyxer offers a trial. We open early-access seats; request one.
Where do the Fyxer facts come from?
From fyxer.com, read on 2026-09-19. If something changes there, we change this page.
