Frequently asked questions

Does the assistant change my events?

Only after your approval. An event is prepared as a draft and created with your OK. Moving and cancelling stays with you.

Can I connect several calendars?

Yes. Every connected calendar is read as one schedule: week and day.

What is in a meeting prep?

The people, the latest email threads with them, open promises and the matching documents. Everything you would otherwise gather before the meeting.

Does Random Assistant join meetings?

Transcripts come from your own notetaker if you connect it.

Where is calendar data processed?

Database and files sit in the EU. The calendar connection is brokered by Nylas in the EU (Ireland). Details in the register.

How do I disconnect?

In Settings, any time. Access ends at once.
