Meeting minutes, as a template.

Minutes have one purpose: that nobody asks in a week what was decided. Three blocks are enough. Copy the template, or connect your notetaker and the assistant fills it from the transcript.

Not a narrative. Who said what is in the transcript. The minutes hold what stands: decisions, tasks, commitments with a date.

Frequently asked questions

What does not belong in the minutes?

The conversation. That is in the transcript. The minutes hold what stands now.

Who writes the minutes?

One person, within an hour of the meeting. Later they get vague.

How does Random Assistant fill the template?

From your notetaker's transcript (e.g. Kickscale, which you forward).

Are tasks created automatically?

Proposed, yes. Created after your approval.

Can I put the template in my wiki?

Yes, plain text. Notion, Word, email, whatever.

What if a point was not decided?

It goes under open points, with a name next to it. Without a name it stays open.
